Ram is Customer Focused with Great Options

Ram is doing something different with the Ram 1500 pickup truck to show they have every truck you might need for the work you’re facing daily.

By offering us two different trucks with the same name at the various dealership lots around the country, Ram is making sure those that want the current Ram model can have it while those searching for the next generation truck will be able to choose the new model as well. The 2019 Ram1500 has been shown with all its new features but the current model will wear the name of ‘Classic’ to differentiate itself.

What is the Target Customer for the 1500 Classic

Those shoppers looking for a basic truck that comes at the entry-level price or those that operate a fleet and need to send out a large number of trucks to get the work done are the target audience for this truck. In order to make sure this audience isn’t given a choice that starts out as a truck that has more at the start than what they want or needs, Ram is offering the Classic trim to let these customers have what they’re looking for.

The Ram 1500 Classic is a truck that offers a number of items that are important to the segment and it will be offered with more features than you would expect for a truck that’s going to be gone from the market in a short period of time. This truck offers excellent ride and handling via the link-coil rear suspension system. Other items that come with the new Classic badge include the RamBox bedside storage system, a ton of hidden bins, and a flat load floor to let you have the place you need to enjoy the ability to bring things with you.

How Can You Make the Ram 1500 Classic Right for You

There will be four trim levels for this truck which are Tradesman, Express, Big Horn/Lone Star, and SSV. There are also three new packages offered to make sure you can have the features you want. The Chrome Plus package is offered on the Tradesman trim which gives you chrome bumpers, a body-color upper front fascia, 17-inch wheels, remote keyless entry, and carpet floor coverings. The Tradesman SXT brings you the exterior look of the previous package, a five-inch audio screen, fog lamps, a dual exhaust system on V8 models, and 20-inch chrome wheels. The Express Black Accent Package will be offered on all Express trims and will allow you to have black wheels, black headlight bezels, and black badging.

The new Ram 1500 Classic will be available during the fourth quarter of this year and it will make it easy for you to have a truck that gives you the features you want at an affordable price. If you’re ready to have a new truck for the work or the fun you want to enjoy every day, come see your nearby Ram dealership and let them help you with the Classic model when it’s offered later this year.
