The New Audi Q5 Sportback Brings You Serious Style

The New Audi Q5 Sportback Brings You Serious Style

The latest luxury SUV that brings us the coupe-style is the 2021 Audi Q5 Sportback which is a new SUV poised to dominate the competition.

Rather than being an SUV that wears a sloping roof that looks unfinished, the Q5 looks smart, stylish, sophisticated, and sensible to give you the drive you want and a vehicle you can absolutely show off every day.

This Audi Offers a Familiar Face

As you look at the front of the new Audi Q5, you see a look that’s become familiar to you. This SUV is the best-selling model in the brand and it has the same big grille, rectangular headlights, LED daytime running lights, and fenders as what you’ve seen in the past. You won’t see much that looks different until you get to the doors.

The Rear Of the Audi Q5Sportback has Been Lengthened

While the actual distance from front to rear isn’t much different than before, the sloping roofline and long lines along the sides make the Q5 look a lot longer than it did before. The downslope to the rear starts much sooner in the vehicle than you might expect, giving you the tapered tail you want to enjoy. The lines from the doors meet those from the roof at a point in the third window along each side.

A Rear the Looks Much Different

As the lines from the sides of the Audi Q5 find their way to the rear, you’ll see an area that’s much different from what it was before. This new Sportback style gives you a more pronounced lip and is slightly longer than the regular version of the Q5. Thankfully, the lights of the rear are the same as on the regular version of this SUV.

The Function of this New Audi Q5 Sportback

You will have up to 12 colors to choose from in this new Q5 model, and you can have wheels that range from 18 to 21 inches in size. Of course, you do lose a little of the functionality of the SUV with the Sportback version. The cargo room in the rear drops from 25.1 cubic feet to 18 with the seats up. To help with this issue, the rear seat can slide forward a few inches to give you a little more room.

Still Plenty of Performance in this Audi

You’ll still have the two engine options found in the regular models of the Audi Q5. This means you have the choice of either a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that makes 261 horsepower and 273 lb.-ft. of torque or the 3.0-liter V6 that makes 349 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft. of torque in the SQ5 models. Both powertrains make use of an eight-speed automatic transmission and the Quattro AWD system.

If you’re ready to have a coupe-style SUV that looks absolutely amazing, check out the new Audi Q5 Sportback and let this SUV be the luxury model that you love to show off to your friends and family.
