2023 Infiniti QX60: Style, Luxury, & Power!

2023 Infiniti QX60: Style, Luxury, & Power!

Not much has changed in the 2023 Infiniti QX60 luxury SUV. This impressive midsize crossover SUV received a full redesign just last year.

After that redesign, the QX60 entered its second generation, giving us more of the qualities we desire in this three-row midsize SUV. The new model is completely different from what we had before, and it’s a lot different from any other Infiniti SUV that’s been offered in the past. This new model shares a platform with the Nissan Pathfinder but takes things up to the luxury SUV market with high-end features and qualities you’ll enjoy during your drive.

Styling matters in this Infiniti SUV

Very little remains of the first-generation model of the QX60. This new model relies heavily on styling to give you the look and feel you want to enjoy. The front end shows up with a large grille that includes the Infiniti logo in the middle. Flanking this grille is a set of slim LED headlights, offering the visibility and dynamic look you want to enjoy. You’ll see sculpted sides and a rear end that has a semi-light bar and the INFINITI script on the tailgate. These qualities offer the QX60 an amazing appearance you’re sure to love.

What powers this new QX60?

The 2023 version of the Infiniti QX60 is powered with one powertrain at all four trim levels. This powertrain is an impressive 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 295 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. This SUV isn’t a speed demon, but it can hit 60 mph in around 6.2 seconds. The fuel mileage reaches 21 city/26 hwy mpg. Unfortunately, the QX60 doesn’t include a hybrid variant at any trim. Still, if you need to tow up to 6,000 pounds, the QX60 has everything you need. Finally, this SUV can be had in either FWD or AWD to give you the power you want where you need it.

The cabin gives you a great feeling

Where you’ll see the greatest improvements to the new QX60 is in the cabin area. The quality, materials, and technology are much better than any other Infiniti offered. You’ll find a large infotainment screen, a digital gauge cluster, tons of leather, and other high-quality materials. As expected, you’ll find Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a full navigation system, an available Bose audio system, voice commands, and a full lineup of advanced safety features to give you everything you want in the cabin area.

Is the QX60 roomy enough for you?

The standard seating arrangement gives you seven places to sit and enjoy the ride. With all seats upright, the cargo area measures 14.5 cubic feet. Fold down one row, and you’ve got 41.6 cubic feet, or open up the entire cabin by folding the rear two rows, and you’ll have 75.4 cubic feet of space for your stuff. This could be enough room for some great family adventures when you need to bring some new furniture home, or for a short grocery run on your way home from work.

Softer suspension tuning for your comfort

The Infiniti QX60 is packed with an impressive suspension system to give you the smoothest ride. You’ll find a strut front suspension and multi-link rear setup with coil springs and anti-roll bars. This is the same type of suspension found in other luxury three-row crossovers, but Infiniti has tuned it better to make the ride more comfortable. This system absorbs every bump and bruise along the road, giving you the comfort desired and a smooth enough ride to keep the fussiest of babies asleep in the car seat until you return home.

This SUV has plenty of stopping power

The braking system of the QX60 gets the job done and makes it possible for this SUV to stop quickly when desired or smoothly when you need to. You’ll find large rotors in the front and rear, with 12.6- inch rotors on the front wheels and 12.1-inch rotors in the rear. These big brakes make it possible for this SUV to be stopped quickly and easily.

Should you drive the 2023 Infiniti QX60? This impressive luxury SUV heads into the second year of its second generation with style, upscale interior packaging, and a high-quality driving experience. Sure, it doesn’t offer a hybrid model, but does that make a difference to you? If you’re looking for an easy SUV to love and drive, this Infiniti could easily become the vehicle you want to see in your driveway every day.
