With over 300,000 orders for the Tesla Model 3 already the demand is much greater than expected for this new vehicle, but orders aren’t stopping. Should you join the party and put $1,000 down to be a number in line to get then next EV from Tesla or is there reason to believe they won’t be able to deliver on their promise at all? With so many others looking to the Tesla Model 3 as their next vehicle here are some good reasons you should join the party and get yourself on the list that is already extremely long.
American Speed – There are actually many drivers on the road who have never owned and American made vehicle. Whether they lean toward Japanese cars for their reliability, price and fuel efficiency or they tend to like the German cars for their high class luxury there is a preference. Range – If you are an EV lover you haven’t been blessed with an affordable EV model on the market that has a range like this. the closest you can come is the Nissan Leaf but for many people driving 150 miles a day is normal and it’s not helpful if your only car only has a range of 75 miles and no backup gasoline engine to help you out. With at least a 215 mile range the Model 3 will rival the Chevrolet Bolt and keep the battle for the EV king raging on, at least on the affordable level.
Technology – It’s not hard to see that technology is ruling the world now and more of us are enamored with our gadgets than ever. Think of the Model 3 as a large gadget you can drive that comes in at a price you can afford and you have a car that more people will want than nearly any other vehicle just to enjoy the technology and connectedness of the vehicle. Tesla has already proven then can update their vehicles over the air, which will make the Model 3 one that can be updates when needed.
No Gas – How much fun is the gas station really? It’s a place that usually has a convenience store attached that can suck you dry of your money with high priced snacks and bad for you food. Instead of dealing with paying for gas on a regular basis the only cost increase you might notice with an EV is the increase in your electric bill, but that will be nominal compared to the gas prices. Imagine driving around knowing you never have to make a stop at a gas station ever again; of course some electric refueling centers will make a difference in your EV life.
Philosophy – The philosophy of Tesla is to create a different experience throughout the entire sales process.
