For variety, the Chevrolet Colorado has more to offer with more trims, packages, and engines. However, when it comes to paying the very similar base price between the two, the Ranger is the better value considering its standard engine is more powerful than the base Colorado. Ultimately, your choice will depend on your specific preferences and what you need your truck to do. Both are good choices, but the Colorado does have more options.
